Banana Nut Bread


5 ripe bananas, blended
4 eggs
1c. margarine
2 cups sugar
4 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt

Cream margarine and sugar. Add vanilla, eggs, and bananas; mix well. Add dry ingredients and nuts; mix well. Bake in 2 greased bread pans for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
