Café Rio Ranch
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayo
2 tomatillos, peeled
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 of a bunch of cilantro, chopped
½ tsp. lime juice
1 small jalapeno (seeds removed)
Blend all ingredients in the blender. Refrigerate.
Mine turned out a little thinner than normal, but I think it was because I used buttemilk powder in place of actual buttermilk. It still tastes really good though!
