Chocolate Play Dough:1 & 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
Mix together. Then add:
1 cup warm water
1 & 1/2 Tbsp. oil
I had to add some flour to make mine play dough consistency.
Just add what you need.
It smells so good!
Like brownies, but without the calories.
