Sorry, it is a little late in the day.....recovering from the Easter weekend! I have been looking for good recipes to help my hubbies weight loss program. Such fun food!!!! I used recipes from three different places this week. They are on our Side Bar: Sisters Cafe, Simplify Supper, and 2 kids and 2 tired. Thanks ladies for your great recipes!!!
Monday: Lasagna/Green Salad/Garlic Bread (rolled over from lastweek)
Tuesday: Layered Chicken and Black Bean Casserole/ Green Beans w/carmelized onions
Wednesday: Honey Chicken/ Sweet Carrots
Thursday: Mahi Mahi w/lemon and lemon pepper/ Summer Spinach Salad
Friday: Chicken and Rice Soup with Baking Powder Biscuits
Saturday: Spaghetti Marinara/Asparagus
Sunday: BBQ Pork Chops/ Salad
